In the news article, "Atomic Clock Discrepancy" [Science 127, 1107 (9 May 1957)], the values given for the accuracy and variation of the Atomichron are incorrect by a factor of 10. The possible accuracy of the Atomichron is 1 part in 1010; the discrepancy between the American and British instruments is 9 parts in 1010.
