Storage of Steroid Hormones by Adipose Tissue in Two Experimental Obesities

It appears that obese animals retain proportionally more steroid hormones than nonobese animals. The retention of these hormones does not appear to be a function of the nature of the obesity syndrome but simply a function of the increased fat content.
