Density of the Lunar Atmosphere

The consequences of a model are worked out in which the lunar atmosphere is formed by gravitational accretion of interplanetary gas. Our results differ from those of Firsoff and of Brandt, partly because of the inapplicability of the barometric equation to the case of an exosphere.
