Project NExT (for New Experiences in Teaching) is "a rare example of a program that everyone thinks is wonderful." Conceived as a means of helping new mathematics Ph.D.s prepare for the challenge of classroom teaching, it has turned into something more: a nationwide network of young faculty, and a leadership program for the mathematics community.
