Summary

BOSTON-- More than 3500 geophysicists gathered here from 26 to 29 May for the annual spring meeting of the American Geophysical Union, a record for this meeting. The claim that tiny comets rain down on Earth got plenty of critical attention, but oceans within satellites of Jupiter and the churning of Earth's rocky mantle drew notice too.
