(A) Image from figure 1 of our original report (contour added). Majority of missing area above 2000 m is east of the ice divide and adjacent to areas experiencing negative change. (B) New preliminary result based on the inclusion of the first 18 months of Geosat data along with the original Geosat-ERM data. Spatial average of the combined dataset yields a growth rate of 2.2 ± 0.9 cm/year, which is not significantly different than the results give in our report.
