Summary

HOUSTON-- Ten years ago, high-energy physicist Paul Ginsparg started the wildly successful Los Alamos Electronic Preprint Archive to store and disseminate research findings. He has since become a vociferous advocate for the open exchange of scientific information. Now he and his creation are headed to Cornell. He and others promise that users of the archive won't notice the move.
