Summary

TOKYO-- Canada has upped the ante in hopes of keeping pace with the financial packages being offered by its competitors in the race to host the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor. Alongside that competition is another one, equally fierce, to build the machine's various components, with the most commercially lucrative ones at the top of every partner's list.
