The University of Toronto will lead what's being billed as the largest health research project ever in Canada--a $68 million effort over 3 years to map the atomic structure of 350 human health-related proteins. The consortium, which includes the University of Oxford, U.K., will rapidly deposit newly acquired protein structures in public databases.
