Summary

TOKYO-- By all accounts, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) is a 12-year-old experiment that is working well. Yet the government is examining the possibility of merging HKUST with the older, larger, and comprehensive Chinese University of Hong Kong.
