Summary

NF-B is a master transcription factor that is activated by numerous different cellular pathways. In their Perspective, Yu and Lenardo discuss new work published here ( Ruefli-Brasse et al.) and elsewhere that identifies MALT1/ Paracaspase as a key player in activating NF-B in response to antigen receptor signaling in T and B cells.
