SEATTLE, WASHINGTON-- A highly caffeinated crowd of about 11,000 attended this year's meeting here of the AAAS (Science's publisher). Highlights included a report about a kind of RNA that can detect levels of small molecules that help a cell run smoothly and can switch genes on or off depending on the cell's needs.
