Summary

TAMPA, FLORIDA-- About 1200 researchers attended the 73rd Annual Meeting of the American Association of Physical Anthropologists here from 14 to 17 April. A team of geneticists reported that a genetic variant linked to violence in men has counterparts in other primates, indicating that it must have conferred some selective advantage during its 25-million-year history.
