PARIS-- A report has scuttled a controversial plan to move part of the Pasteur Institute to a commercial site outside Paris, but decisions about the lab's future accommodation--and the fate of its embattled director, Philippe Kourilsky--are on hold until the election of a new board of directors in the next few weeks.
