Numerous antigens have been identified for B-cell receptors (antibodies) and for ab T-cell receptors. However, very few antigens have been identified that bind to theTCRs expressed byT cells. In a Perspective, Garboczi discusses two new structural studies ( Shin et al., Adams et al.) that shed light on howTCRs bind to one of their few known antigens, the MHC-like T22 molecule.
