Thomas Nassif has spent the past 10 summers as a mentor teacher for the Carnegie Academy for Science Education. His goal is to demonstrate that teaching science isn't as hard as teachers think—and that it also can be fun. Learning enough about the subject will allow the teachers to convey both information and excitement to their students.
