Summary

At the International Botanical Congress in Melbourne, Australia, in July, a long-standing debate finally got closure: who gets the acacia, Africa or Australia. And this week's numbers quantify children who die of celiac disease and proposed cuts over 10 years in U.S. discretionary spending.
