Tube Code Reader

The Tracxer RS210 provides a complete tube code reading solution for researchers, whether they use 2D Data Matrix, TraXis, or another company's coded tubes to store their samples. The reader is fully compatible with all SBS standard storage racks, which enables the reading of 24-, 48-, 96-, and even 384-well formats. Due to its compact A5 size—the Tracxer is a perfect choice for use in robotic liquid handling and storage systems. The easy-to-use software for the Tracxer gives reliable readings of 2D codes and provides data that is readily integrated into any laboratory sample database. With just a couple of mouse clicks of the Tracxer software, researchers will be able to scan 96 coded tubes in less than five seconds. A text file is automatically generated containing a list with 96 tube codes, which can be interfaced with several types of database and opened within Excel spreadsheets.

Stem Cell Cryopreservation

STEM-CELLBANKER is a chemically defined freezing medium with optimized formulation for stem cells and iPS cells storage as well as other valuable cells. Supplied ready-to-use with a simple usage protocol, STEM-CELLBANKER is completely free of serum and animal derived components, and contains only European or U.S. Pharmacopoeia graded ingredients. Part of the CELLBANKER series of cell freezing media, STEM-CELLBANKER significantly increases cell viability while maintaining cell pluripotency, normal karyotype, and proliferation ability following resuscitation from cryopreservation, even after extended long-term storage. Every batch of STEM-CELLBANKER cryopreservation medium is performance tested on Jurkat and SK-007 cells. Additional standard evaluations for endotoxins, pH, osmolarity, and Mycoplasma contaminants are undertaken to ensure GMP equivalent quality.

These cards enable room temperature storage of dried biosample spots and only require a low sample volume (10–20 μl), making them ideal for studies where there is limited sample volume available. These Indicating FTA DMPK Cards enable researchers to collect and store clear biosamples without the need to freeze-thaw, which can save time and help prevent sample degradation. In addition, removing the need for dry ice means these cards provide more cost effective handling, shipping, and storage. Tissue Disaggregator

Quickly and easily disaggregate multiple tissue samples to produce isolated cell suspensions for flow cytometry analysis or cell culture with the Scienceware 12-Well Tissue Disaggregator. This multiwell device mates with standard 12-well culture plates enabling processing of tissues directly into culture plate wells. Twelve wells speed processing time and reduce per sample costs by allowing multiple cell isolates to be produced at one time, unlike single cup designs. The device is intended for use with any soft tissue sample such as kidney, brain, spleen, or lymph nodes. Constructed of FDA-grade TPX (polymethylpentene) resin, the 12-Well Tissue Disaggregator is durable and has excellent chemical-resistant properties.
