Summary

Graham Johnson of the Scripps Research Institute and grahamj.com; Andrew Noske of the University of California, San Diego; and Bradley Marsh of the University of Queensland have won both first place and "People's Choice" in the Video category of the 2011 International Science & Engineering Visualization Challenge for "Rapid Visual Inventory & Comparison of Complex 3D Structures." Honorable mention goes to Christopher E. Wilmer, Omar K. Farha, and Patrick E. Fuller of Northwestern University for "High-Density Energy Storage Using Self-Assembled Materials" and Steven Haddock and Susan Von Thun of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute and jellywatch.org for "There's No Such Thing as a Jellyfish."
