The new Hamilton PRP-C18 Reversed-Phase HPLC Column is designed to increase the accuracy and quality of separations. More than 70% of all drug compounds are amines that are readily separated at high pH. The new Hamilton PRP-C18 Column provides high-efficiency reversed-phase separations over an extended column life in nearly any mobile phase at any pH. The rigid stationary phase of the PRP-C18 is extremely durable, with excellent mechanical (up to 5,000 psi) and thermal stability (greater than 100°. The flexibility to perform separations at high temperatures and pressures typically shortens run times, allows researchers to use less organic solvent, and increases productivity. The exceptional chemical and mechanical stability affords scientists high-efficiency separations and an extra-long column life. Unlike traditional octadecylsilane columns with pH limitations, the PRP-C18 can be cleaned with 1M sodium hydroxide or 1M sulfuric acid to remove contaminants that would normally be irreversibly bound to a silica C18 column.


Magna ChIP HiSens chromatin immunoprecipitation kits are designed for superior enrichment and detection of specific regions of chromatin-associated DNA. These new kits enable target chromatin enrichment from both low and high amounts of input chromatin while delivering low backgrounds, high signal-to-noise ratios, and ultrasensitive detection that is compatible with all commonly used downstream analysis. The Magna ChIP HiSens chromatin immunoprecipitation kit includes reagents, buffers, and beads for ChIP as well as materials for chromatin preparation and isolation from either cultured cells or tissues. The EZ-Magna ChIP HiSens chromatin immunoprecipitation kit includes positive and negative control antibodies and a validated real-time polymerase chain reaction primer set, in addition to the standard kit's components. Unique to these kits is a single buffer system used for all sonication, ChIP, and wash steps. Using these kits, researchers can ChIP from a wide range of input amounts and get excellent performance starting from either cells or tissues.


The Isolera Dalton is a fully automated miniaturized mass directed flash purification system. The new system raises the bar for flash purification by integrating, for the first time, a miniaturized mass detector and an advanced flash chromatography system into one commercially available platform. The mass detector and Isolera Spektra flash purification system are seamlessly integrated via the Isolera Dalton Nanolink unit, an intelligent sampling device which handles all fluids and synching calculations between the two units. Isolera Dalton easily fits inside a standard fume hood, requires no external pumps, and is capable of both normal and reverse-phase separations, so it is completely compatible with the diverse purification needs of the modern research laboratory. The instrument uses a wizard-based approach to method development with simple on-screen prompts that guide chemists through the system, making it easy to use even for those whose expertise or priorities lie in compound synthesis rather than analysis.

No longer limited to two analytical dimensions, the Pegasus 4D GCxGC-Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (TOFMS) system provides four dimensions of analytical resolution for a significantly more in-depth analysis of complex samples. Separations, which previously resulted in dozens or hundreds of peaks, now yield thousands of individual components from complex mixtures using the technology. LECO's ChromaTOF operating software features True Signal Deconvolution for fast and easy data analysis and clean library searches; an improved user interface with customizable user permissions; the tools for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance; and a variable modulation option that allows users to modify modulation settings within each chromatographic run. Also available is a consumable-free version of LECO's GCxGC dual-stage/quad jet thermal modulator, which eliminates the need for liquid nitrogen or other refrigerants.
