A ventilation system that can adjust to the number of people in a room could save three times as much energy as turning off the heat or air conditioning to an empty room, say scientists at the Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. And paleontologists describe a new dinosaur, dubbed Nasutoceratops (big-nose horned-face).
