Last week's climate assessment report found that the recent warming of the world is "unequivocal," it is "extremely likely" that humans are behind most of the warming, and that the world will likely get dangerously warm before the end of the century. Sea-level rise and Arctic sea ice loss will be greater than forecast in the 2007 report, but extremes of weather and climate will not likely be as bad as some headlines have been suggesting.
