European Space Science: Budget Freeze Nips Comet Camera

Europe's Rosetta spacecraft is scheduled to shadow the comet Wirtanen for 2 years early in the next century, sending back spectacular close-up views—a scientific and public relations bonanza. But there's a catch: Nobody seems willing to pay for a camera to take those close-up shots.
