    Abstract: The galaxy centers were known exiting high massive and high density black globe bodies, which views have been discussed for recent decades. The Newton Attract Force Equation and Energy Attract Force Equation were used to build galaxy center 21 balls attract force mathematical physics models, which deduced out that black holes have empty holed center structures. The reported observations that particles acceleration and outflow of Black Holes can be explained by 21 balls model. The 21 balls model’s analysis might explain the reason why galaxy center be black and be holed. This letter’s conclusion may change the views on black holes of galaxy centers, and form a new model of black holes, which different from that known of before.

    In recent several decades, the Black Holes were known as high massive and high density black globes, which exit in galaxy centers or other areas in space [1].
