In the Report “Protein assemblies ejected directly from native membranes yield complexes for mass spectrometry,” the composition of complex I was calculated from subunit masses found in the UniProt database, which is not the most reliable source of subunit masses. The authors have therefore recalculated the complex I data from mass values determined by the MRC Mitochondrial Biology Unit at the University of Cambridge. Table S3 in the supplementary materials has been revised to reflect the recalculated subunit composition of complex I. Four new references have also been added. These changes affect only the assignment of the complex I subcomplexes in table S3; they do not alter the assignment of other complexes or the conclusions of the paper. The authors thank Judy Hirst for bringing this error to their attention.
