In the Report “Conformationally supple glucose monomers enable synthesis of the smallest cyclodextrins,” a typographical error was found in the supplementary materials after First Release posting. In the table in section SM-48, 8.0 Hz has been corrected to 0.0 Hz for the coupling constant between H-3 and H-4 under “Observed coupling constants.” The raw nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and assignments are unchanged. The authors recalculated the dihedral angles between the C-3–H-3 and C-4–H-4 bonds in compound 3 with the corrected coupling constant. They have revised the pyranose conformation of 3 from 2SO to 5S1, which is consistent with the crystal structure. The revised conformations are shown in Figs. 1 and 2 of the final published version of the paper, and the supplementary materials have been updated. These changes do not affect the conclusion of the paper.
