Cytokine Panel

The Bio-Plex Pro Human Immunotherapy Panel 20-plex covers biologically researched cytokine targets that are associated with immunotherapy research. It is a ready-to-use, 1 × 96-well kit that contains premixed magnetic capture beads and detection antibodies, standards, and buffers that produce results for 20 different cytokines using only 12.5 µL of sample. The Bio-Plex Panel maximizes laboratory efficiency by generating key actionable data in a single experiment. The kit is compatible with other Bio-Rad platforms, including the Bio-Plex 200, Bio-Plex 3D Suspension Array Systems, and other xMAP platforms. 

Coomassie Stain

InstantBlue has a unique mechanism that stains proteins in 15 min while leaving a clear background, eliminating the need to fix, wash, or destain. It is formulated for safe use and easy disposal. InstantBlue is a nontoxic formulation and does not contain any methanol or acetic acid, making it compatible with mass spectrometry protocols. With extended stability, InstantBlue has a shelf life of two years that will not compromise the high sensitivity of the protein bands, as 5 ng can be detected per band.

Protein Analysis Platform

Jess automates the protein separation and immunodetection of traditional Western blotting, eliminating many of the tedious, error-prone steps typical of this technique. Just load your samples and reagents into the microplate, and Jess separates your proteins by size, while precisely managing antibody additions, incubations, washes, and even detection steps. Secondary Antibodies

TrueBlot monoclonal secondary antibodies recognize the native, nonreduced form of immunoglobulin G (IgG) over its reduced form in a variety of species. This unique ability makes TrueBlot secondary antibodies the ideal solution when performing Western blot detection of immunoprecipitated proteins (IP/Western blot), as their use reduces interference by the ~55-kDa heavy-chain and ~23-kDa light-chain of the immunoprecipitating antibody, enabling unhindered detection of your blotted-protein band of interest. It is available in horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated forms that target mouse, rabbit, goat, or sheep IgG, or fluorescent-conjugated forms that target mouse or rabbit IgG.

Synthetic sgRNA

Edit-R CRISPR-Cas9 synthetic single-guide RNAs (sgRNAs) greatly simplify the workflow of permanently knocking out genes by eliminating the time-consuming cloning of individual guide RNA expression vectors. Our chimeric sgRNAs contain both CRISPR RNA (crRNA) and transactivating crRNA in one molecule, which arrives ready-to-use and is ideal for experiments when a single molecule is preferable. Edit-R synthetic sgRNA provides the functionality and reliability of Dharmacon RNA oligos. sgRNAs can be designed to target any gene using the CRISPR Design Tool. The sgRNA is synthesized using patented Dharmacon 2'-ACE chemistry, which provides faster, more efficient coupling rates than standard RNA synthesis chemistries, resulting in more full-length product. Our synthetic sgRNA are column-purified, deprotected, and desalted to deliver highly functional, ready-to-use molecules. For larger quantities and additional purification options for sgRNAs, the custom single-strand RNA synthesis tool can be used for ordering.

siRNA/miRNA Transfection Kit

With the Exo-Fect siRNA/miRNA Transfection Kit, you get powerful new technology for loading small RNA cargo into extracellular vesicles (EVs). Unlike electroporation, a common method for introducing small RNAs into EVs, the Exo-Fect workflow does not require access to specialized equipment or the same time-consuming optimization of voltage and timing. Instead, it leverages our proprietary Cell-Penetrating Peptide (CPP) technology to transfer small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) or microRNAs (miRNAs) to the inside of your EVs. Cooling Base

The DrySyn ChilliBlock from Asynt allows you to undertake sensitive biological assays in a temperature-controlled manner, vastly reducing the risk of expensive biological samples, reagents, or enzymes degrading due to adverse temperature conditions. Traditionally, methods of cooling biological assays have relied upon direct immersion in insulated ice buckets, which are prone to considerable temperature variability, sample contamination, and loss of wetted labels. In addition, using this methodology can only maintain a cooled temperature for a limited time, and requires staff to periodically monitor and add new coolant (ice). Modular in design, the ChilliBlock base can be simply attached to most laboratory heating/cooling circulators, thereby enabling stable temperature control at important biological temperatures, such as 0°C or 37°C, for long periods of time. Designed for versatility, the ChilliBlock has interchangeable blocks for tubes, vials, and plates as well as custom DrySyn blocks to fit any Eppendorf tube or vial.
