  • Western blot bands in Figure 2 ?

    Hi @all,

    any idea why the phospho- and non-phospho bands of the same membrane in Fig. 2B look totally diffferent ? Compare e.g. the band pattern in ERK1/2 WB and p-ERK1/2 WB in Fig. 2B (HSV-1 8h). When I do p-ERK and ERK Western blots of the same mebrane, the form of the bands look identical ?! Any explanations ?
