Movie S1. Inhibition of cleft propagation by Btbd7 siRNA. Mouse submandibular salivary glands from embryonic day 12.5 mice were cultured ex vivo in the presence of 500 nM control siRNA (left panel) or Btbd7 siRNA (right panel). Video time-lapse microscopy images were acquired every 10 minutes, and the movie plays at 10 frames/second.
