Protein-protein crosslinks identified in human pre-Bact complexes. Crosslinks identified by pLink2.3.5 at FDR 1, 3 and 5% are shown. The number of CSMs (crosslinked peptide spectrum matches) and the highest score are indicated for each crosslinked peptide. "Inter" and "Intra" indicate inter-protein and intraprotein crosslinks, respectively. "Residue 1" and "Residue 2" are the crosslinked residue pairs in Protein 1 and Protein 2, respectively. The data were obtained from a single crosslinking experiment and analyzed by MS with 3 technical replicates.
