Mass spectrometry analysis of nsp12 interacting partners in HEK293 cells (n=6). List of nsp12 interacting partners identified by mass spectrometry analysis performed on eluates after affinity purification of nsp12-3xFLAG. Consistent with previous studies, components of the host machineries required for splicing and translation were identified as nsp12 interacting partners (63-65). Classification of nsp12 interacting partners into main cellular pathways was performed using the high-performance analysis method Reactome (66).
